Shift: Shift 1 – Available Mon‑Fri 6am‑8pm. Must cover at Pert Washington, Cedarburg, Mequon, and Shorewood.
Job Summary: The Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) delivers an exceptional patient experience for “front of house” and patient‑facing needs. The PASR FLOAT is required to float to various clinic sites to support operational business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively greets patients and visitors and creates a helpful, positive, welcoming and friendly patient experience.
- Provides outstanding customer service both in person and on the phone.
- Floats to various clinic sites as needed to support operational business needs.
Experience:
A minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or in a customer service field is required. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not necessary.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Special
Skills:
- Effective communication skills, oral and written.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Strong proactive organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and Epic Care is preferred.
