Monday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM & 2:40 PM – 7:00 PM

Tuesday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM & 2:40 PM – 6:00 PM

Thursday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM & 2:40 PM – 7:00 PM

As a Case Manager - New Patient Concierge, your day is dynamic and rewarding. You greet new patients warmly, guiding them through their initial consultation with care and professionalism. You conduct insightful assessments and educate patients about chiropractic care and treatment options, ensuring they feel informed and empowered. With precision, you review X-rays and discuss financial plans, providing clarity and building trust.

Throughout it all, you serve as a compassionate advocate, helping patients take confident steps toward improved health and well-being.

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Previous medical background
• Comfortable discussing finances with others

Additionally, the ability to navigate challenging conversations with professionalism and exceptional communication skills are a plus!
