Central Supply Associate

Job Responsibilities:
  • Keep Us Stocked – Manage the daily supply and equipment needs of the Health Care Center and other facilities as assigned.
  • Stay Organized – Maintain accurate documentation for inventory control, supply usage, and billing procedures.
  • Support Resident Care – Ensure the right nursing supplies and equipment are available and functioning to help maintain a high standard of resident care.
  • Communicate Effectively – Work closely with nursing and other departments to meet ongoing equipment and supply needs.
  • Follow Compliance Standards – Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines related to supply management.
Qualifications:
  • Current CNA certification or previous experience caregiving required.
  • Prior experience in supply management or inventory preferred.
  • Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures, regulations, and documentation protocols.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
