Sr. Systems Administrator

Position – Senior System Administrator

Term – Direct Hire

Salary – 100 to 125K

Work Environment – Hybrid

Location – West Bend, WI

• Manage Microsoft Intune and package third‑party applications for deployment
• Oversee and support systems like Active Directory / Azure AD, M365, Veeam, print servers, and network security
• Deploy and maintain virtual machines in VMware / Prox Mox
• Monitor and maintain servers, storage, backups, and disaster recovery systems
• Troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues, working with vendors as needed
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and firmware updates
• Respond to L2 help desk tickets and provide desktop or remote support
• Monitor security events using SIEM tools
• Keep documentation and knowledge base articles up to date
• Provide technical support and training for staff

AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Aruba, Fortinet, Nimble, HPE, M365, Veeam, Cloudflare, Crowd Strike, Pulseway, AD/AAD/Group Policy, Atlassian, Mimecast, Prox Mox, KnowBe4, DHCP/DNS/Routing, VOIP systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in Windows‑based server/desktop environments
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, routing, firewalls, and virtualization
• Experience with Power Shell, Azure, and M365
• Excellent problem‑solving and customer service skills
• Ongoing certifications are a plus
