Since 1983, ACI has specialized in the application of Liquid Primers, Topcoats, Military Coatings, Specialty Coatings, Zinc Phosphate and Aluminum Conversion Coatings.

• Meet quality, safety, and production standards while applying coatings to various substrates (large and small parts) using HVLP, electrostatic, and powder equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
• Apply a variety of coatings including but not limited to CARC, 2-part epoxy and enamels, both solvent and waterborne.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and correct potential quality issues associated with coatings, equipment, and part presentation.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as a wet paint sprayer.
• Complete understanding of fluid delivery and atomizing setup to provide maximum transfer efficiency and throughput.
• Complete understanding of MIL thickness and ability to perform a MIL thickness test using wet and dry MIL gauges.
• Prior experience in a job shop setting.
