Job:
Maintenance Technician – Night Shift
We’re supporting a reputable manufacturing company in West Bend, WI that is adding an experienced Maintenance Technician to its Night Shift team (Sun–Thu, 12 PM–8:00 AM). This is a full‑time, on‑site role offering competitive pay, strong benefits, and long‑term stability.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems
- Perform repairs, rebuilds, and preventive maintenance
- Support molding and automated production equipment
- Identify issues proactively to minimize downtime
- Promote a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
- 4+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Experience with CMMS systems
- Safety‑focused, reliable, and able to work nights & overtime when needed
Exposure to plastics manufacturing, technical maintenance certifications, forklift certification.
