Job Details:

• Work day shifts with call responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for surgical patients in an inpatient environment

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for identified patient groups

• Demonstrate competency in delivery of care to primarily adult population

• Work within 12 specialty surgical services to help transition patients safely through their surgical experience

• Maintain clinical competence in care and management of target patient populations

• Associate's degree in nursing required (Bachelor's degree preferred)

• Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from NLC participating state required

• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS) or AHA approved equivalent required

• Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice required
