Corteva Agriscience is seeking a
** Warehouse Associate
** to support plant operations at our
** West Bend, WI
** location.

** What You’ll Do
*** Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
* Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
* Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified)
* Accurately track inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) or manual logs
* Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
* Perform routine inventory counts and report discrepancies
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas
* Follow all safety procedures and company policies
* Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
** What Skills You Need
*** High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus, but not required
* Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
* Basic math and computer skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable attendance and punctuality

*** Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience of inventory control or warehouse management systems
* Familiarity with shipping carriers and labeling processes
