About the RoleElectronikmedia is a bootstrapped IT services company delivering AI solutions, software development, and QA/testing to 30+ international clients across the US, UK, and EU. We need a sharp, detail-oriented Accountant to own the full finance function — bookkeeping, payroll, statutory compliance, and MIS — working directly with the CEO.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate books in Zoho Books — journals, ledgers, reconciliations
- Process vendor invoices, client billing, and expense claims
- Monthly bank reconciliations, AR/AP tracking, petty cash management
- Payroll Processing
- End-to-end monthly payroll for 70+ employees — accurate, on time
- Validate inputs: attendance, leave, reimbursements, salary revisions
- Compute F&F settlements; resolve employee payslip and tax queries
- GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance
- File GSTR-1, GSTR-3B monthly/quarterly
- TDS computation, deduction, payment, and 24Q/26Q returns
- PF, ESI, Professional Tax — contributions and filings
- Liaise with CA/auditors for annual filings and audit support
- Monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow for CEO review by Day 5
- MIS reports — cost centre, project, and client-wise profitability
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis support
- Multi-currency reporting — USD/GBP/EUR for international clients
B.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance; 3–6 years in IT services or software company;
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Kerala PT;
Proficiency in Zoho Books, GreayttHR and Advanced Excel
