• Manage and streamline administrative processes to support our care services.
• Maintain accurate records using care management software.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
• Assist with recruitment and on boarding of new care staff.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

• Minimum Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
• Proven experience in administration within the care setting and social care sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Competent with care management software.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
