Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 16:00pm

We’re looking for an organised Administrator to join our client’s busy and growing team during the winter period. You’ll play a key role in supporting stock management across branches, ensuring smooth operations through accurate reporting, clear communication, and proactive organisation.

Duties

Provide general administrative support, including managing emails, phone calls, filing, and maintaining records
Plan and monitor stock for seasonal and peak trading periods, helping branches stay prepared to meet customer demand
Maintain spreadsheets and internal systems, ensuring stock and reporting data is accurate and up to date
Liaise with managers and branch staff to provide updates on stock priorities, shortages, and movement plans
Check stock levels daily and coordinate with branches to arrange transfers where required
Assist in preparing and distributing regular reports to highlight stock levels, movements, and upcoming requirements
Support meeting preparation by scheduling, updating agendas, and noting actions
The Candidate

Previous admin, scheduling, or stock management experience preferable
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good attention to detail and reporting skills (Excel desirable)
Previous experience of being on the phone
Proactive, reliable, and able to manage priorities
