We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to join a well‑established manufacturing company. This position is ideal for someone who prefers a later morning start, as it does not follow the traditional 8-5 schedule.
In this fast‑paced position, the successful candidate will be highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure orders are processed and dispatched efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out general administrative duties
- Book out parts accurately
- Process orders through the internal system
- Handle incoming internal calls
- Generate shipping labels
- Use the in‑house CRM system effectively
- Previous experience in Logistics, Production, or Manufacturing administration
- Willingness to work a later shift
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Comfortable working within a manufacturing environment
