Join our dedicated Admissions Team as an Admissions Support Officer and help us deliver a smooth and welcoming admissions experience for every applicant. This is a permanent full-time position, with the opportunity to make a real impact.

Compensation: £24,408 - £28,278 / year
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to potential learners, staff and visitors.
- Process applications efficiently and accurately, ensuring data is entered and maintained to a high standard.
- Liaise with curriculum teams to organise interviews and support applicants throughout their journey.
- Support key College events including open days, interviews and enrolment.
- Assist with general administrative tasks including post handling, reception duties and switchboard cover.
- Handle financial transactions in line with College procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all College policies, including Health and Safety and Data Protection.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in an administrative or reception-based role (preferably in education or customer service).
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work well as part of a busy team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
