The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a Receptionist on behalf of our client based in Smethwick
.
- Monday to Friday
- 12:15pm - 5:30pm
Applicants must also be flexible to provide holiday cover, with additional shifts including:
- 8:00am - 12:30pm
- 8:00am - 5:30pm
- £12.77 per hour
This role may lead to a permanent position after a successful qualifying period!
Key Responsibilities- Booking and coordinating meetings
- Welcoming visitors at main reception
- Organising travel arrangements
- Sorting and distributing deliveries
- Liaising with on-site contractors
- Handling incoming phone calls professionally
We are looking for someone who is :
- Confident communicating with clients and contractors
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping
- IT literate
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Access to online payslips
- Pension and staff insurance
- 28 days' holiday entitlement (accrued)
