  • Creating purchase order numbers using Dynamics 365 and processing virtual credit card requests.
  • Managing certification processes and responding to certificate‑related enquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate training records and entering data into our Learning Management System (Dayforce).
  • Supporting general office administration and ordering office supplies.
  • Responding to enquiries from employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the training department.
  • Preparing training rooms and learning materials for EMR courses.
  • Managing NPORS awarding body administration.
  • Processing department invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaising with hotels and caterers to arrange accommodation and refreshments for meetings and training courses.
  • Providing general administrative support and assisting with other office duties as required.

You will ideally have:

  • Strong organisational and diary management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Excellent planning and coordination abilities in a fast‑changing environment.

  • The ability to work independently, showing initiative, self‑motivation, and attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • An understanding of the importance of training and development within a successful business.
  • A collaborative approach, sharing knowledge, experience, and best practice with colleagues.
