We are recruiting for an experienced
Recruitment Administrator
to join our client s busy and fast-paced team based in
B66 1BY
.

This is a heavily administrative role supporting the recruitment team, so previous experience in
recruitment administration and compliance is essential
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Completing Right to Work checks in line with UK legislation
  • Carrying out driving licence checks and compliance checks
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records and filing documentation
  • Updating and managing recruitment spreadsheets and databases
  • Ensuring 100% compliance across all recruitment processes
  • Supporting the recruitment team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Processing candidate information accurately across multiple systems
  • Ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
  • General recruitment administration duties
What We re Looking For
  • Previous recruitment administration experience is essential
  • Previous experience completing recruitment compliance checks is required
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Confident using computers, Microsoft Office, Excel, and new systems
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A reliable and proactive team player
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
