About the RoleWe are recruiting for our client based in Smethwick (B66 1BY
) for an ODF Administrator to join their busy ODF Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with previous administrative and customer service experience looking to develop their career within a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and customer service support to the Owner Driver Franchise (ODF) network, ensuring driver records, documentation, compliance checks and operational processes are maintained accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining accurate ODF driver records and documentation.
- Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process for Owner Driver Franchise drivers.
- Completing driver licence checks, RTW checks and ensuring compliance records are kept up to date.
- Managing driver and vehicle-related documentation.
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls and providing excellent customer service when responding to driver enquiries.
- Liaising with drivers and internal departments to resolve queries efficiently and professionally.
- Providing support and guidance to drivers regarding processes and documentation requirements.
- Updating internal systems and databases with accurate information.
- Ensuring all records and documentation are maintained correctly.
- Producing reports and completing general administrative duties to support the ODF Department.
- Providing day-to-day administrative and customer service support to the wider ODF team.
- Previous administration and customer service experience is essential.
- Experience with in transport, logistics, fleet or a similar fast-paced environment is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident handling a high volume of calls and managing multiple enquiries.
- Ability to provide professional and effective customer service.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and work to deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
- £13.94 per hour.
- Temporary ongoing, full-time opportunity.
