Location: Sandwell
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join a successful and well-established business.
You will coordinate projects from initial order through to completion, working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly and to schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate projects from order through to completion.
* Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to keep projects on track.
* Process orders and maintain accurate project records.
* Arrange deliveries, appointments and completion dates.
* Monitor supplier orders and delivery timescales.
* Manage customer enquiries and resolve any outstanding issues.
* Ensure project paperwork and documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Prepare invoices and liaise with the accounts team.
* Provide regular progress updates to management.
* Identify and resolve issues quickly and proactively.
About You
* Previous experience in a coordination, administration or customer-focused role.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Confident using IT systems and able to learn new software.
* Proactive, reliable and solution-focused.
* Strong customer service skills and a positive team approach
