Location:
Oldbury Salary: £36,465 – £38,896 Basic Overtime
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm | 42.5 hours per week Reference: WOVT | 31235 Why Apply? £36,465 – £38,896 basic salary Monday to Friday No weekend working Overtime paid at 1.25x Structured technical training programme Progression to Master Technician Regular salary reviews Generous annual leave Birthday off Pension and Life Assurance Healthcare support Employee discount schemes Long-term career progression Vehicle Technician Role Service, maintain and repair light commercial vehicles and fleet vehicles Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults Carry out scheduled and preventative maintenance Prepare vehicles for MOT testing Complete repairs to required safety and quality standards Accurately record completed maintenance and repair work Work closely with other Technicians and workshop colleagues Vehicle Technician Requirements Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Automotive Technician, Mechanic or LCV Technician Previous experience working on light commercial vehicles (LCVs) Strong servicing, maintenance and repair experience Good diagnostic and fault-finding skills Full UK, Irish or EU manual driving licence Right to work in the UK
