We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Officer (BDO) with 3+ years of proven experience in the tech services industry
. This role requires strong ownership of identifying high-value opportunities, end-to-end business development, and a strategic mindset to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships, and translating complex technical solutions into compelling business value for our clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the Technology/Software industry
  • Strong understanding of technology services such as web development, mobile applications, SaaS, and digital transformation
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, proposal documentation, and data analysis tools.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the complete cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Identify and qualify new business leads within the [SaaS/Fin Tech/AI/etc] space using data-driven market research in local and international markets
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with company growth targets
  • Conduct high-level client meetings to understand business needs and propose tailored tech solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, cost estimates, timelines, and commercial agreements
  • Collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and marketing teams for solution alignment
  • Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools
  • Nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and client feedback to refine sales strategies
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with international or enterprise clients
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Experience contributing to sales strategy or revenue planning
