Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Operations Manager
As an Operational Supplier and Support Administrator, you’ll play a key role in building strong, trusted relationships with our operational suppliers who help the Society provide an excellent service for our members. You’ll support the Operational Relationship Manager along with colleagues across the business to make sure our suppliers share our values, provide great service and deliver real value for the Society, and provide valuable MI across Operations and Suppliers to ensure we are providing a consistent excellent service for our members.
In this role collaboration and care really matter. You’ll support in ensuring our supplier partnerships are resilient, responsible and member focused future for the Society.
What the role will look like:- Schedule, organise, attend and take minutes for Supplier meetings for each third‑party supplier both on and off site. Ensuring agreed actions are delivered within agreed timescales.
- Provide operational support to the Head of Operations and the Operational Senior Leadership Team by coordinating and preparing meetings and taking minutes.
- Be responsible for invoices for each supplier, ensuring they are reviewed and paid on time.
- Management of relevant mailboxes.
- Support with internal MI requirements regarding third‑party suppliers.
- Assist with the review and production of relevant procedures.
- Completing day‑to‑day activities for Suppliers such as sending and receiving of data files.
- Point of contact for the colleagues regarding our third parties.
- Produce and collate detailed monthly MI reporting for Operations.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage workloads, priorities effectively and to tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams, promoting transparency, accountability and shared success.
- Proactive, organised and committed to delivering high standards in line with the Society's values.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word).
- Confident to work on own initiative, with minimal supervision and highly motivated.
- Analytical, methodical and well organised, Disability Confident.
