We're currently recruiting for an experienced Internal Sales Manager to lead our clients busy internal sales team from their HQ.
Our client, a market leader within their industry, are one of the fastest‑growing wholesalers in Europe.

Role OverviewYou’ll be responsible for leading and developing the internal sales team to maximise revenue, strengthen customer relationships and deliver on sales targets. This role plays a key part in aligning sales operations with their wider commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management- Lead, coach and motivate the internal sales team
- Set performance objectives and conduct regular reviews
- Manage team workload and priorities
- Drive new business and nurture existing accounts
- Oversee quotations, pricing and order accuracy
- Promote cross‑selling and upselling opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key clients
- Ensure timely handling of enquiries and after‑sales support
- Resolve escalated issues professionally
- Monitor pipeline, forecasting and reporting
- Ensure CRM data is accurate and insightful
- Collaborate with external sales, marketing and operations
- Identify process improvements to boost efficiency
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
- Contribute to strategic planning and commercial initiatives
- Strong leadership and people management
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Results‑driven with strong analytical thinking
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Previous experience in internal sales management or senior sales role
- Demonstrated success in meeting / exceeding targets
- Monday to Friday 09:00‑17:30
