Lime Go is a fast‑growing scaleup within Lime Technologies Sweden AB (publ). We build a modern, data‑enriched Sales CRM for small and mid‑sized businesses across the Nordics.
We’re now looking for a Product Manager who wants real ownership, someone who cares deeply about solving the right problems and turning insight into value.
The Role 🧑🤝🧑This role is about owning product outcomes, not just shipping features.
As Product Manager at Lime Go, you will be responsible for identifying where the product should improve, why it matters, and how we should approach it. You’ll work closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, Support, and Marketing to make sure we focus on problems worth solving and deliver solutions that make a difference for both customers and the business.
You will be expected to balance discovery and delivery, short‑term impact and long‑term direction, and customer needs with commercial reality.
Who We’re Looking For? 🤓You are someone who:
- Has experience working closely with product development and feel comfortable discussing technical and UX‑related trade‑offs.
- Can reason about systems, not just features, and understand how product decisions affect adoption, revenue, and scalability.
- Is analytical and curious. Someone who uses both qualitative and quantitative input to guide decisions.
- Communicates clearly and thoughtfully, especially in situations where the problem is still fuzzy.
- Is humble enough to learn quickly, challenge assumptions respectfully, and change your mind when the data or insight demands it.
- Doesn’t need prior CRM or sales‑tech experience, but you enjoy learning a domain deeply and fast.
- Owning the product direction and ensuring it stays coherent, focused, and aligned with business goals.
- Identifying and prioritizing meaningful product and customer problems through data analysis, user research, and close collaboration with internal teams.
- Turning ambiguous needs into clear problem statements, priorities, and product decisions.
- Working closely with UX and Engineering to shape solutions, define scope, and make informed trade‑offs from discovery through delivery.
- Leading launches and closing the feedback loop by evaluating outcomes, gathering insights, and driving continuous iteration.

Skills & RequirementsRequirements ✅
- Bachelor’s degree
- A tech‑savvy individual who loves customer interaction
- Ready to work from our Stockholm office
- SaaS/Startup/Scaleup experience
- Fluent in Swedish and English
You’ll report to Lukas (Business Unit Director) and work in tight collaboration with the rest of the team including Engineering, Sales, CS.
