This is a full-time role for a Regional Sales Manager focusing on the Midland, East Anglia and Welsh Regions. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, achieving revenue targets, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. The candidate will monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, provide accurate sales forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
Qualifications- Strong sales and relationship management skills, with proven experience in client acquisition and retention
- Strategic planning abilities, including the development and execution of insightful sales strategies
- Data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in sales forecasting and market analysis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in the use of CRM software and other sales tools
- Experience in manufacturing or power transmission industry including timing belts, V belts, Metal drive components
- Willingness to travel as required for business development and maintaining client relationships
