QHSSE Business Partner

Were looking for a QHSSE Business Partner to support a diverse range of business lines across the UK including Petrochemicals Pharmaceuticals Food Environmental Asbestos and related industries.

What Youll Be Doing

• Partnering with operational teams to promote a strong QHSSE culture across multiple business lines
• Conducting site visits audits inspections and compliance reviews
• Supporting risk assessments safe systems of work and legal compliance activities
• Leading and supporting incident investigations and corrective actions
• Assisting with the development and improvement of management systems
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and driving positive change
• Supporting the delivery of SGSs sustainability quality and safety objectives

Qualifications :

Were looking for someone who is passionate about safety quality and continuous improvement with the confidence to influence others and build strong working relationships across a complex business.

You may already be working as a QHSSE Advisor HSE Manager Quality Manager Compliance Manager or Business Partner and be looking to take the next step in your career within a global organisation.

What Were Looking For

Essential:

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
• Experience conducting internal audits driving compliance and supporting management systems
• Experience managing incidents investigations and corrective actions
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
