The successful candidate will manage the construction of microwave towers, oversee installations, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The role requires 7–10+ years of experience in managing microwave or telecom construction projects, with a strong focus on overseeing field teams in challenging environments, and an OSHA 30 certification.
