Location: Oldbury
WINNER is actively recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects of social housing projects from initial pricing to final account. You will work with the Commercial Manager, site teams, and clients to ensure profitable, on-time project delivery in line with contractual requirements.
The role requires proven QS experience in social housing, strong knowledge of NSoR/JCT contracts, and the ability to measure drawings, price variations, and manage multiple live schemes.
