BPO Wizard is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor and Videographer to join our team. If you're passionate about visual storytelling and love creating engaging, high-quality content, we’d love to hear from you.

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, You Tube, websites, and digital campaigns
• Create engaging short-form and long-form content including reels, promos, ads, and brand videos
• Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, music, and effects to enhance viewer engagement
• Work with creative teams to develop concepts and bring ideas to life visually
• Use templates and streamline workflows to ensure efficiency across projects
• Color grade footage
  , apply sound design, and ensure brand consistency in all output
• Collaborate in shoots
  , using full-frame cameras to capture professional-quality footage
• Maintain organized project files
  , media assets, and backups
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing tools, and social media best practices

• A Bachelor’s Degree
• 2–4 years of proven experience in video editing and motion graphics
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Familiarity with Cap Cut
  , Final Cut Pro, or similar tools is a plus
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, timing, and pacing
• Solid understanding of color correction, sound design, and typography
• Experience creating content for Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Linked In
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creative storytelling
