Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Wednesbury for a Social Media Content Creator. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for crafting, curating, and managing engaging content for all social media platforms. Key responsibilities include executing creative social media campaigns, monitoring engagement metrics, collaborating with the marketing team to align social media content with brand goals, creating visually appealing posts, and staying updated on social media trends to maximize reach and relevance.
This role plays a critical part in representing our brand voice and fostering customer connection through online platforms.
- Experience in Social Media Content Creation, including crafting engaging posts and managing accounts
- Skills in Graphic Design, Visual Storytelling, and Photography
- Proficiency in Content Strategy, Scheduling, and Performance Analysis
- Knowledge of Social Media Trends and an understanding of diverse target audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in social media tools such as scheduling platforms and analytics tools
- An understanding of fashion, trends, and lifestyle‑related content is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
