• Mentorship: Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices, design methodologies, and tools.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating a strong command of visual design, interaction design, and usability principles.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Wire framing & Prototyping: Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.

• Cross-Platform Design: Expertise in designing for mobile, web, and tablet platforms, ensuring consistent experiences.
