Customer Service Administrator – Oldbury – £12.71 per hour – Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm – Immediate start available

• Processing customer orders and updating systems
• Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
• Supporting complaint resolution and escalating issues when required
• Managing incoming calls and correspondence
• Providing general administrative support to the team

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
