Friday, Saturday, Sunday - afternoon/evening This is an integral role within an independent gym where you will be involved in ensuring the gym is welcoming and running smoothly for all members. Key Duties
- Based front of house you will be required to sign members in to the gym and build relationships with regular gym goers to help create a community atmosphere
- Answer any questions as required and assist with relevant administration
- Conduct tours for prospective member
- Discuss classes, events and retail products with new and existing members
- Answer enquiries professionally and promptly
- Process payments and keep records as required
- Ensure equipment is tidy and clean at all times in between visits from the cleaning team
- Report maintenance issues Key Skills & Experience Required - A friendly, approachable personality
- Positive outlook and strong customer service skills
- Good computer knowledge
- Flexibility for additional/change in shifts when required
