Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join their established team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Working within a busy and collaborative environment, you will become a trusted point of contact for customers, healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally, efficiently and in line with company procedures.

- Investigate and resolve customer queries, complaints and escalations
- Liaise with internal departments to coordinate effective solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and order information
- Escalate complex issues when required
- Adhere to established procedures and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes
- Support wider customer service and operational activities
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience managing complaints and challenging customer conversations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident using multiple systems simultaneously
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Team-focused with a flexible and proactive approach
