Internal Sales​/Customer Service Administrator

Position: Internal Sales / Customer Service Administrator
Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for a Customer Service & Internal Sales Advisor to join an expanding company based in West Bromwich.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service, internal sales or account management experience who enjoys building relationships with customers and working as part of a busy team.

The Role:

You will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the order process, providing excellent customer service and working closely with the internal sales team and wider business.

Duties will include:

Handling customer enquiries and requirements via telephone, email and e-commerce

Processing customer enquiries and orders using the in-house Navision system

Providing internal sales support to Regional Sales Managers

Managing customer accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships

Providing professional advice and assistance to customers

Liaising with internal departments including Warehouse, Management and other group locations

Ensuring customer enquiries and orders are dealt with accurately and efficiently

The Ideal Candidate :

The successful candidate will ideally have:

Previous experience in Customer Service, Internal Sales, Sales Administration or Account Management

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Good IT skills, with Microsoft Office experience essential

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

The ability to work effectively as part of a busy team

Experience using Navision would be advantageous, but is not essential

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm

Pay Rate:

£12.71 per hour

Temp-to-Perm opportunity for the successful candidate
