Role Overview

Full/Part‑time Performer Dentist required for 2‑5 days per week (flexible with days) in a busy mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near West Bromwich, West Midlands.

• £14 per UDA.
• GOLDEN HANDSHAKE £20,000 pro rata.
• 50% Labs on UDAs.
• Private & Labs 50% split.
• Existing, well maintained patient list.
• Fully computerised surgeries - 3 surgery practice.
• Digital x-rays.
• Rotary endo.
• Full support team.
• Therapist on site.
• Mentoring available.
• On‑site parking available.
• 20 minutes from Walsall, 30 minutes from Wolverhampton.
• 25 minutes from Birmingham.
• Available now, negotiable.

• Full NHS Performer Number.
• Local Area Team confirmation.
• GDC certificate.
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years.
• Indemnity certificate.
• Passport.
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12‑36 months).
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees).
• Degree certificate.
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months.
• IRMER.
• PIN number.
