Primary teacher

Smile Education are recruiting for an Primary teacher to work in a 2 form entry primary school in the West Bromwich area. The role would be working at a school with strong long standing SLT members and a very positive feedback from previous staff members

The Primary teacher role would be long term, full time with full teaching responsibilities starting from January with the potential of becoming a permanent position.

The responsibilities of the Primary Teacher role:

Plan and deliver captivating lessons to students in KS2 in line with the curriculum
Focus on creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that helps student engagement and critical thinking
assess and evaluate student progress, offer constructive feedback and nurturing a love for learning will be central to your role.
Be able to structure lesson plans for different level of student needs
To work closely with Teaching assistants in the classroom

To apply for this Primary Teacher role, you will need the following:

Teaching certification or QTS.
Proficiency in the primary curriculum and effective instructional techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students to excel.
Have experience working in Primary schools
