Pay Rate: £88.94 - £100 per day (depending on experience)

Your Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a vital part in supporting pupils with additional learning needs - helping them build confidence, develop key skills, and fully access the curriculum.

Providing focused 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND

Creating a calm, inclusive classroom environment where learning can flourish

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support each child's progress

What We're Looking For:

Experience supporting children with special educational needs (school-based experience preferred)

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for education

A team player with the confidence to take initiative when needed
