About the Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant with Aspire People, you will work closely with students who have a range of special educational needs.

Your role will involve providing one-to-one support, assisting in small groups, and helping students access the curriculum. Your efforts will ensure that all children, regardless of their needs, receive the attention and care they deserve to thrive in their learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting students with a variety of SEN, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning difficulties.

* Assisting in the delivery of tailored learning plans in collaboration with the class teacher and SENCO.

* Providing emotional and behavioral support to students, helping them to develop social and personal skills.

* Supporting with personal care and promoting independence where appropriate.

* Monitoring student progress and contributing to reviews and reports.

* A caring, patient, and adaptable approach.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
