An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong candidate to support teaching and learning at Rounds Green Primary School, which is part of The Elliot Foundation Academy Trust. This role is varied and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and strong practitioner who is confident across the primary age phase.

• Working with a wide range of class teachers to deliver excellent teaching and learning;
• Providing cover for class teachers for both PPA time as well as middle leader release time;
• Assess the needs of pupils and use detailed knowledge and specialist skills to support pupil’s learning;
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for all learners;
• Create opportunities for all learners to reach their potential;
• Recognising confidentiality, safeguarding and child protection procedures, Health & Safety and the policies of the school and the Trust;
• To lead some before and after school provision.
