Working Pattern:
Flexible, day-to-day or longer placements

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across a range of subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a focused learning environment.
• Support students with their tasks, promoting engagement and positive learning attitudes.
Follow school policies and routines to ensure consistency for students.
• Build strong professional relationships with staff and pupils.
• Provide general classroom support as required throughout the school day.
• Be adaptable and confident covering a variety of subject areas.

• Experience working with young people aged 11–16 in a school, sports, youth work or similar setting.
• Strong behaviour management skills and confidence leading a classroom.
• Positive, professional and reliable, with strong communication skills.
• Passion for education and supporting young people.
• Flexibility to work on a day-to-day basis across different schools.
• Ability to travel to schools in the Wolverhampton and Walsall areas.
• A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
