  • Full Time Vacancy (8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday)
SEN Teaching Assistant Specification

We are currently seeking a motivated SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time job in a SEND School in Oldbury. This is working with secondary SEN children.

To be considered you must have a passion for supporting SEND learners and have an expert knowledge of the SEND school curriculum, along with and having a caring and nurturing approach to your work.

  • You must be a qualified SEN Teaching Assistant (level 2 or 3 minimum)
  • Have a excellent knowledge of the UK SEND system
  • Have worked with Autism, complex needs, SLD
  • Be able to nurture and support children with SEND
  • Ideally have worked at least 12 months within Special Needs
  • Safeguarding level 1 trained
  • Dedicated to supporting young SEND learners
The school is looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant

This school caters to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), as well as moderate to severe learning difficulties. They are seeking a candidate with strong knowledge and experience in supporting students with these specific needs.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, engaging, and passionate about working with children

As a specialist SEND setting, it's essential that you are both professional and diligent, as you will be working independently with pupils who have a wide range of abilities and requirements.
