• Deliver personalised 1:1 and small-group support aligned with EHCPs and individual learning plans
• Encourage the development of communication, social interaction, emotional wellbeing and independence
• Collaborate closely with class teachers, the SENCO and specialist professionals to provide consistent support

• A Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant qualification (or above)
• Hands‑on experience supporting children with SEN, particularly ASD, MLD or communication needs
• The ability to commute to or work within the Oldbury area
