💷 Salary: £28,000 - £34,000

Juniper Training is looking for a motivated and learner-focused Maths & Employability Tutor to join our Wednesbury team. This full-time dual role combines the delivery of Functional Skills and GCSE Maths with employability training, helping learners build confidence, achieve qualifications, and progress into work or apprenticeships.

As a full-time Maths & Employability Tutor, you will:

• Deliver Functional Skills Maths (Entry Level to Level
  2) and GCSE Maths
• Plan and deliver engaging employability sessions
  , including CV writing, interview skills, job search, and workplace behaviours
• Differentiate teaching to meet individual learner needs, including those with additional support requirements
• Assess learner progress, provide feedback, and support learners to achieve qualifications
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance processes
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure learners reach their full potential

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience delivering Functional Skills and/or GCSE Maths
• Experience delivering employability skills or vocational/work-based learning
• A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
• Excellent classroom management and learner engagement skills
• A supportive, inclusive, and motivating teaching approach

Experience with
young people, adults, or learners with SEND is highly desirable.
