Hours: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Are you a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) holder seeking a rewarding opportunity to support children in their educational journey? The RoleAs a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support teaching and learning across the school, stepping into whole-class teaching when required.
Work closely with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism, and ADHD.
Collaborate with teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging learning activities.
Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and provide targeted interventions.
Uphold and promote safeguarding practices to ensure the well-being of all pupils.
We are seeking an individual who:
Holds a HLTA qualification or is a QTS holder looking to gain further experience in a supportive setting.
Has experience working with children with SEND, particularly SEMH, Autism, and ADHD.
Demonstrates a solid understanding of safeguarding procedures and best practices.
Is proactive, adaptable, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
