• Work closely with the class teacher to support engaging and creative lessons
• Provide tailored support to pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage active participation
• Help foster a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Contribute to the wider school community and daily classroom life

• Have experience supporting children (school-based experience is desirable)
• Bring patience, enthusiasm and a proactive mindset
• Communicate clearly and build positive relationships with ease
• Are dependable, organised and able to commute to West Bromwich
