A local educational institution in Smethwick seeks an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work with individual children or small groups with additional educational needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, hold at least an NVQ Level 2 in childcare, and be committed to providing high-quality education. This permanent position offers 31.25 hours a week during term time with an annual salary of £18,687-£18,980 pro rata.
