We are seeking to appoint a passionate and committed learning support practitioner to join our team and support the education & wellbeing of pupils with complex needs including social, emotional, mental health and/medical or learning needs as soon as possible. What our parents say: "As a Church school it teaches morals and values which have supported my child in building lasting friendships and strong relationships with his teachers.
My child is excited to go to school each day with an ever changing and engaging curriculum which offers outdoor learning, a love of storytelling and opportunities to make music and art. He comes home bursting to tell us about it." What our staff say: "I feel incredibly proud to be part of the All Saints Family. We are a fantastic staff team who support one another in every way possible, creating a school environment that truly feels like family.
Our staff are at the heart of everything we do, always ready to step in, lift each other up and do whatever it takes for the children, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and supported every day. In my role, I work closely with children with SEND, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs and helping them to thrive both academically and emotionally.
I have been given meaningful opportunities to grow, take on new responsibilities and develop professionally within a culture built on encouragement and trust. The belief others have shown in me has strengthened my confidence and allowed me to continually develop my skills. I am truly grateful to work alongside dedicated, compassionate colleagues and feel privileged to contribute to a school community that puts children at the centre of everything we.">
