Pay: £95.25 - £109.34 per day (dependent on experience)

Hours:
Typical school hours (e.g. 8:30am - 3:30pm)

Smart Education is currently recruiting for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Wednesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children s learning and development within a positive and inclusive school environment.
Responsibilities- As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils in the classroom. You may provide general classroom support, assist with small group activities, or work 1:1 with pupils who require additional support.
- Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
- Working with pupils individually or in small groups to support learning
- Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Encouraging pupils confidence, independence, and participation
- Supporting behaviour management and promoting positive conduct
- Assisting with classroom preparation and learning resources
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or relevant experience)
- Experience working with children in a school or educational setting
- A patient, caring, and supportive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive and adaptable attitude
