Timber tree Academy is a one-form-entry primary school in Cradley, rated Outstanding in its Ofsted inspection in May 2025.

The school is seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to join its team from September, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-achieving and supportive environment.

• The successful applicant will need to:

• Have a relevant Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) together with GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
• Have a working knowledge of the national curriculum to support and extend learning under the direction of the class teacher.
• Have high standards and present as a positive role model for pupils.
• Have a positive attitude and be able to work as part of a successful and supportive team.
• Be able to show initiative when required.
• Have experience of working with primary aged children to support their learning and well-being.
• Liaise with parents/carers to build positive relationships.
• Be willing to develop their own skills through participation in training opportunities.
