This Teaching Assistant role is classroom‑based, working closely with the class teacher to support learning, engage pupils, and help maintain a positive and productive learning environment. The school is looking for a proactive and flexible Teaching Assistant who enjoys working with children and can support both academic and social development.

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Assisting pupils with their learning and understanding of tasks.
• Helping manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive interactions.
• Supporting small groups or individual pupils as directed.
• Preparing resources and materials as required.
• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

• Previous classroom or teaching assistant experience is desirable.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to supporting children’s learning and development.

• Competitive Salary – £18,049 – £19,500 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.
